Teton Electronics ("Teton Electronics," "we," "us," or "our") developed the Teton Health mobile application (the "App") to help individuals record, analyze, monitor, and manage their heart health using the TETON myECGai of portable ECG devices, including the myECGai Basic, myECGai Plus, and myECGai Pro (collectively, the "Devices").
This Privacy Policy explains, in clear and simple language, what information the App collects, how that information is used, stored, shared, and protected, and the choices and rights available to you when using the App. Because the App processes electrocardiogram (ECG) recordings and other health-related information, this Privacy Policy has been specifically designed for the Teton myECGai digital health platform and its connected Devices, rather than using a generic privacy policy template.
We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App or connecting any myECGai Device.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Teton myECGai App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please do not download, install, access, or use the App.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Teton myECGai mobile application available through the Google Play Store, and to the ECG recording, analysis, reporting, notifications, and related services provided through the App. It applies to all users worldwide, regardless of the specific myECGai device model used (including myECGai Basic, myECGai Plus, and myECGai Pro), as well as to any web portal, cloud service, or data export functionality provided by TETON Electronics . in connection with the myECGai platform.
This Policy is designed to meet the expectations of app-store review teams, healthcare regulators, and, most importantly, the people who trust us with their heart-health data. Where local law, such as data-protection or health-privacy legislation in your country or region, provides rights or protections beyond what is described here, those additional rights apply and are not limited by this Policy.
We collect only the information necessary to provide accurate ECG monitoring, generate meaningful reports, and support the safe operation of the App and connected Devices. We do not collect information unrelated to these purposes.

ECG recordings are captured when you initiate a reading through the App while your myECGai Device is connected. During this process, the App also reads basic identifying information from the Device itself, such as its serial number, model, and firmware version, so that we can apply the correct calibration settings, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and confirm that any AI-assisted analysis is being applied to a compatible and properly functioning Device.

AI-assisted analysis is intended to support, not replace, professional medical judgment. The App presents AI-generated observations about your ECG recordings to help you understand your heart rhythm and trends over time, but these observations are not a diagnosis. Reminders you configure within the App, such as medication or recording reminders, are stored so the App can notify you at the times you select; we do not analyze reminder content for any purpose beyond delivering the notification.
Teton Electronics never sells, rents, trades, or shares your personal information, ECG recordings, health information, or AI analysis results with any third party for advertising, marketing, commercial, or data-selling purposes.
This is a core commitment of the Teton Health App, not a marketing statement. Your ECG data is never used for advertising, profiling, or marketing, whether by Teton Electronics or by any partner. We may disclose your information only in the following limited circumstances:

These measures include secure data processing, role-based access controls, authentication mechanisms, encrypted data transmission and storage where applicable, system monitoring, and security-focused software maintenance. Users are encouraged to keep the Teton myECGai App and their mobile device updated with the latest software and security patches to help maintain optimal protection.
If we ever become aware of a security incident that affects your personal or health information, we will investigate promptly, take steps to contain and remediate the issue, and notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

When you choose to export or share a report, you are directing that disclosure yourself, and the receiving party's own privacy practices will govern their handling of the report once received. We recommend sharing reports only with trusted healthcare professionals or people you have chosen to involve in your care.
The Teton Health App and myECGai Devices are intended to support heart-health monitoring and to assist healthcare professionals with information gathering; they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-assisted analysis provided within the App is informational in nature. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information generated by the App. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately rather than relying on the App.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws applicable to Teton Electronics in its principal place of business, without prejudice to any mandatory data-protection or consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of the country in which you reside.
